Dear Sir or Madam,

since your company installed a Porch for us in December last year we have had every intention of writing to you and letting you know how pleased we are with the finished product, butas you know time drifts by and these jobs are pushed to one side.

Today, a chap replaced the outside handle with a new one as it had slowly dawned on us that there was not a colour match with the inside handle, he was very efficient and polite.

just wanted to say that from when the old porch was dismantled to the one being fitted all the workmen were very efficient and helpful. then when we noticed the handle problem, each department was also polite, helpful and very pleasant on the phone.

People are quick to complain but do not always praise when a compliment is deemed. If we require any other work we will certainly consider yourselves first.
