Further to our conversation I would again like to convey our thanks on behalf of my mother and myself.

The work carried out by your contractor Mark was of the highest standard. He was a professional, tidy and courteous worker who made everything very easy for my mum. She states that she has never had such work carried out with no disruption to herself.

People are very quick to criticise so I feel it only just to compliment Mark’s work. It is people like him that give lancashire double glazing the recognition the company deserves.
